Mussoorie Uttarakhand This flowing fall can be found around 15 km from Mussoorie on the Chakrata Road. It trickles down from a height of about 40 ft from a mountain. It is well-known to belong to the category of down-surging falls where it passes through different rocks and finally enters into the fields. The origin of the falls is pretty interesting. It is derived from "Camp-Tea" which was a place arranged by the Briitish for frivolous tea parties.
Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun District of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometres from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. .
